    “Nice property in a good location.”

    Immaculately clean, well equipped and good attention to detail. However, the shower in the main bathroom did not work (by pass valve diverting nearly all the water from the shower head) - surprised this had not been noticed previously or picked up during cleaning. Reported on Monday morning. Somebody attended promptly, tried a couple of things and concluded that a complete replacement was required. Said that somebody would come to sort this and to leave the key in the key-safe when out. Last we ...

Said that somebody would come to sort this and to leave the key in the key-safe when out. Last we heard of it and the same shower unit was still there when we left. We managed with the ensuite bathroom shower only for the remainder of the week - not ideal with 5 people across 3 generations. This was the only blemish on an otherwise excellent experience.

This stylish upside-down property is located on the sought after Beadnell Point development and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. With the use of tennis courts, two doggies welcome, families who enjoy the great outdoors will love being based here. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with coat rack and storage cupboard. Bedroom 1 with double bed, built in wardrobe, en-suite shower room with shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe and TV. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Stairs to First Floor: FIRST FLOOR Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area: Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, microwave, coffee machine, island unit with seating for two. BEADNELL

Seahouses 1.5 miles; Bamburgh 5 miles.

This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, and it also offers boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.
